Updated Return Policy
Our updated return policy is that we will accept unopened returns for a full refund
of the price of the game(s). We will usually refund about 75% of the game cost for opened
games in excellent condition. If you return a game in less-than-excellent
condition, we will notify you how much credit we can give you, which will
probably be none if we are unable to resell it.
We regret that we cannot return shipping fees.
If you want to proceed with a return, please send an e-mail ahead of time to our
so that we will be expecting the return. Please include in the e-mail your name, telephone number,
the date you plan on sending the return package, which items will be in the package, and the
original 4-digit or 5-digit BoardGameRatings.com order number.
