I've played this exact game, Wink Death, aka Wink Murder, only with out any kind of product or cards. You just play by drawing papers out of a hat, all are blank, except one with a mark on it. The person who pulls the marked paper, is now the Wink Murderer. Everyone mingles around the room, looking eachother in the eye to see if that person winks at someone. If the murderer winks at you, you have to lay on the floor, and pretend you've just died. (the more dramatic a death, the funnier, but you could just lie down). If you catch the murderer before he/ she winks at you, you announce that you've caught them and you've won the round!
