 Easy to learn!
I played it only once and won!! I was a vice and took out 2 outlaws and the renegade!! YES it is easy to learn and addictive.

Great family game!! Easy to learn...
Great game. Our family plays it almost every night (since it got pretty cold outside). Our boys, 8 & 6, picked up this game very quickly. We also have the Dodge expansion set. Believe it or not, our 6 year old plays it very well (and loves to beat us all the time).

The day the sheriff was evil
I love this game. I play it with all my friends at college. We cant get enough of it. We only stop when we have more than 11 people wanting to play games. and then we play mafia which is not as fun but is still on the same theme.

My head hurts
Great fun, once you've read through the all the rules, all the exceptions, figured out the variables that are thrown in with your characters, roles, guns, etc. Don't play this with newbies who just came over for a quick game night - stick with Catch Phrase or Apples to Apples. I recommend the expansion pack for a longer and more complicated game, but be prepared to be there for a while.

far out, solid, & right on!
this game is sick (in a good way). i too introduced it to my kids. all they want to do is play it. i have to tell them 'no' so they actually do something outdoors. tons of fun.

I am a father with 3 boys (aged 7,10 and 12). I asked the kids to get Bang! for me for Christmas, and they thought I was a bit silly.
We played a couple of times, so as to understand the rules (which are very terse). As they started to understand it, they got hooked. They now want to do is play Bang! all the time. The strategies in the game are both simple and complex, and they can appreciate how to improve their strategies.
They want to play all the characters, and have anlysed the weaknesses and strengths for certain situtations and particular roles.
I consider it to be one of the best games ever created.

This is the greatest game ever invented. My friends and I play it all the time and it hasn't gotten old. This game is best played with the Dodge City expansion and the Fistful of Cards
