Talisman Revised 4th Edition: The Reaper Expansion Images:
This expansion is highly recommended to those people who already enjoy Talisman and are looking to spice up the action a little bit.
The first major change is that the reaper is introduced as an NPC that is activated anytime someone rolls a 1. The Reaper then moves around the outer and middle regions of the board with a normal die roll trying to encounter the players. Once encountered many things can happen to a player - loss of a turn, loss of life, a chance to force someone else to face the Reaper, and even - instant death.
On top of a really cool addition to the game you also get more spells, more adventure cards and four new characters. The characters are all pretty cool, with the Dark Cultist being a little overpowered. However the game can be pretty fun having to work together with other members of the game to try to overcome any overpowered character.
Again, if you like Talisman and are looking for a way to spice up the action the Reaper expansion is a must buy.
