Description:

Money rules the world! It doesn't matter whether you collect euros, dollars or yen as long as the exchange rate is in your favor. And the more you exchange, the more you can make – if you plan carefully and keep your wits about you. For 3-5 players, this 30 minute game provides an enthralling experience for families and gamers alike. Now published with beautiful new art, Money is a necessary part of any game collection for multiple reasons:

1.) It's a blast! Reiner's trademark combination of simple rules that provide for deep strategy and devilish intrigue works perfectly in this game. It can be quickly taught and used as a filler between longer games, or just as easily played over and over again with a running score and fill up an entire evening!

2.) It's really educational! And we mean that in a good way. Ever wonder what faces/landmarks earned their place on a Euro? Or what Asian currencies look like? Money provides a truly fun way to memorize world currencies and learn more about the world around you in one game. Add on to that element the fact that younger players will be practicing hundreds of mathematical operations in their minds while planning their next moves, without even knowing it! Money has been called the “math game for people who don't like math” because it reinforces basic concepts without ever letting numbers completely dominate the game. So whether it's played with a group of gaming buddies or a family of four, Money represents the best in crossover experiences.

Game Summary:

The object of this gorgeous Reiner Knizia card game is to collect as many of one type of currency as possible. Players bid cards from their hands to exchange for 'lots' of cards, with the order being determined by whoever put out the highest valued cards. The cards themselves are beautiful renditions of currencies from around the world, with vibrant colors and designs on all of them, from American Dollars to Japanese Yen and many in between. Artwork by well-known Eagle Games artist Paul Niemeyer.
