User Reviews:

Empire Builder (2009 Edition) rating: 5/5 stars Great Learning Game

growing up we loved empire builders. You get US Geography, Supply and Demand, Overhead and Bank Loans, Natural Disasters and Stock Market Crashes...lots of learning for 10 and up. It's a little harder to play than Monopoly, but has some of the same concepts introduced.
